Abstract

The history and objective prerequisites for the formation the theory of forensic science in the 80s - 90s of the last century as an interdisciplinary theory are examined It is noted that the role of expertise in legal proceedings, the theory and practice of forensic science in the XXI century, necessitates the formation on the basis of interdisciplinary science theory full - judicial expertology. The author offers a definition of the subject of judicial expertology, based on the basic laws studied this science, as well as the system of science.

The paper describes methods for teaching writing skills and types of writing workbooks currently used in schools. A handwriting study was conducted among 2nd-to-4th graders, 7th-to-9th graders, and 1st-to-3rd year students of vocational colleges. The author anticipates how current conditions of writing skills acquisition may affect evolving forensic handwriting analysis techniques, as well as possible changes in forensic handwriting analysis caseload.

The paper addresses the issues of assessing the impact of parents' individualpsychological characteristics on the child's mental development, as an element offorensic psychological evaluations in family disputes. These issues mostly arisedue to the lack of a uniform science-based methodological approach andunderdevelopment of currently used approaches. The author reviews theoreticalapproaches to investigating the impact of parental attitudes on the child's mentalcondition, including the development of affective spectrum disorders, and proposesan original experimental methodology for the study of parental attitudes.
