Abstract

These methodological guidelines address the question of compliance of the driver's actions with the requirements set out in the traffic code for specific situations on the road (or violation thereof), which helps to ensure methodological consistency in investigations performed by forensic science organizations of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
