MANAGEMENT AND REGULATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF FORENSIC CONSTRUCTION INVESTIGATIONS AND THE INITIAL STAGES OF FORENSIC INQUIRY IN ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The paper highlights organizational and legal problems encountered at the stages
of appointment of a forensic construction investigation by an arbitration court, and
acquisition of initial evidence for further analysis. Optimal practitioner-oriented solutions
are also proposed.
