На конкретном примере из экспертной практики – производстве судебно-товароведческой экспертизы партии консервов мясных «Говядина тушеная» в количестве 21 600 банок – показана программа экспертного исследования и ее стадии: отбор образцов, установление товарной принадлежности продукции, изучение ее фактических характеристик (маркировочных обозначений, потребительской тары) и установление их соответствия требованиям нормативно-технической документации; определение количественных показателей продукции; исследование представленных протоколов лабораторных испытаний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a speciﬁc methodology for forensic commodity examination of food products: expert analysis of canned meat and meat-containing products made of diﬀerent raw materials.
