Информационное письмо подготовлено в связи с растущим числом обращений следователей и вынесением постановлений о назначении психологической экспертизы достоверности показаний по видеозаписям допросов и продиктовано необходимостью упорядочить экспертную практику, касающуюся исследования видеоматериалов проведения отдельных следственных действий с различными субъектами уголовного процесса.В информационном письме рассматриваются возможности назначения таких экспертиз и основания проводимых исследований, в соответствии с научными принципами профессиональной деятельности экспертов.Письмо подготовлено под руководством директора ФБУ РФЦСЭ при Минюсте России доктора юридических наук, профессора, заслуженного юриста Российской Федерации, почетного работника юстиции России С.А. Смирновой и заместителя генерального директора по научной работе ФГБУ «ФМИЦПН им. В.П. Сербского» Минздрава России доктора медицинских наук, профессора Е.В. Макушкина, доктором юридических наук А.Я. This information letter was produced in response to a growing number of inquiries from investigators, and increased instances of forensic psychologists being appointed to evaluate witness credibility based on videos of interrogations. The letter addresses the need to streamline forensic casework related to the analysis of video recordings of specific investigative actions involving different agents of the criminal process. The letter considers possibilities for commissioning these forensic procedures and the rationale for conducting such examinations, in compliance with the scientific principles of professional forensic work.
