Подчеркивается, чтотакое оборудование может быть c успехом использовано в целях судебно-почвоведческой экспертизы в дальнейшем. Отражены основные принципы работы этого оборудования. Описано назначение основных программных продуктов, позволяющих СЭМ-ЭДС работать в автоматическом режиме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The latest modern instrumental methods for the automated mineralogical analyses onthe base of scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-rayspectrometer (EDS) and the special automated systems (QUANTA, MLA, TIMA), whichcan be eectively used in future in the aid of soil and geological forensic examinationare described. Principles of their work are depicted.
