В статье отражены вопросы стандартизации судебно-экспертной деятельности, возможности ее использования при оценке и контроле качества судебных экспертиз, проводимых государственными и негосударственными судебными экспертами. Внесены предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в сфере судебно-экспертной деятельности во взаимосвязи с ее стандартизацией.
The paper examines the issues of standardization in forensic practice, and the potential for its application in the process of quality assurance when assessing the performance of private and state employed forensic examiners. The author proposes ways to incorporate standardization into forensic practice through relevant legislative improvements.
