Рассмотрены условия и признаки возникновения и развития этих процессов в сене и торфе. Приведен пример из экспертной практики пожара скирды сена в результате его микробиологического самовозгорания. Показано, что «сенной клинкер» может возникать как при самовозгорании, так и при поджоге сена снаружи; таким образом, он не является дифференцирующим признаком поджога. Приведены зависимости для расчета условий теплового самовозгорания сена и торфа, а также примеры этих расчетов. Сообщаются литературные данные о количестве тепла, выделяемого различными материалами при 20 °С, и их аэрации; сведения, необходимые для анализа версии о причине пожара сена и торфа в результате их микробиологического самовозгорания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents a list of plant products prone to microbiological self-heating and spontaneous combustion. It examines the conditions and indicators of the emergence and development of these processes in hay and peat. An example from forensic casework describes fire in a haystack resulting from its microbiological spontaneous combustion. It is demonstrated that the “hay clinker” effect may arise both from spontaneous combustion and from an act of arson; therefore, it cannot be used as a differentiating feature of arson. Equations are proposed for the prediction of conditions leading to thermal self-ignition of hay and peat, with examples of calculations.
